Long circle or semi-circle skirts are a definite must-have this season. And although we associate the circle skirt primarily with the Christian Dior fashion house, its pioneer was the young actress Juli Lynne Charlot. Young Juli, going to a party - having no budget or knowledge of sewing - decided to create a unique outfit for herself by cutting out a full circle skirt from felt. Her outfit, of course, was a hit. However, it remains a mystery how the actress put on a skirt without a zipper ;)
