- I have the right to withdraw my consent to the processing of my personal data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on my consent before its withdrawal,
- I have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority,
- Providing personal data is voluntary, and failure to provide it will result in the inability to perform the contract between me and the Data Controller,
- The Data Controller collects data in an automated manner but does not engage in profiling with respect to me.
- I declare that I am of legal age and fully capable of performing legal acts. I also declare that I have read the entire content of the above consent and fully understand it.
