How to return an item
Online shopping should be convenient — even when you want to return something. That’s why we have made returns as simple as possible.
No unnecessary paperwork, no complicated forms
— just a few easy steps.

Start your return as
Registered Customer
Note: If incorrect details were entered when placing the order and the order cannot be found, please contact us. We will help you locate it.
Step 1
Log in to your Customer Account, select the order and the products you would like to return.
Step 2
Select the reason for return and submit your return request.
Step 3
Choose and pay for the return shipment. Save the shipping code you receive.
Step 4
Pack your parcel, add the shipping code and drop it off at a parcel locker.

Check the status of your return or order without logging in.
Step 2
Enter the order number provided when placing your order.
Step 3
Enter the email address provided when placing your order.
Step 4
Enter the authorization code received by email, then follow the same steps as a Registered Customer.
